Perfect Match

Bellini

65 ml White peach juice, 65 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC, Ice cubes

Preparation: Chill a flute, pour the ingredients into a large cocktail glass, with ice cubes and stir well for about 10 seconds. Strain into the chilled flute. Garnish with a slice of white peach.

Rossini

65 ml Strawberry juice, 65 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC, Ice cubes

Preparation: Chill a flute, pour the ingredients into a large cocktail glass, with ice cubes and stir well for about 10 seconds. Strain into the chilled flute. Garnish with half strawberry.

Mimosa

35 ml Orange juice, 65 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC

Preparation: Chill a flute, pour in the iced orange juice and top up with the Prosecco. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Mediterraneo

4 Orange slices, 4 Lemon slices, 15 grams Brown sugar, 90 ml Alexander Prosecco Grappa, Basil leaves, Ice cubes, 90 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC

Preparation: Muddle brown sugar, 3 slices of lemon, 3 slices of orange and 4 basil leaves in a glass. Pour Alexander Prosecco Grappa and stir well. Add ice cubes and Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC and stir. Fill with more ice and garnish with a slice of lemon and orange and a sprig of basil.

Bottega spritz

50 ml Bottega Limoncino, 75 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC, 25 ml Soda water, Ice cubes, Half slice of lemon, Sprig of mint

Preparation: Fill a large long-stemmed wine glass with ice cubes. Pour in Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC, Bottega Limoncino, soda water and stir well. Garnish with half-slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
